@gsk_, which Souma? The Souma family is large. I assume you mean Yuki since he talks at a low tone. I didn't have any issues hearing him on my setup. I find the voice acting even better than the old anime since they've had so much experience since then.
But soma voice is really horrible can’t make what he is talking.
Could toggle the Closed Captions on.
Had issues in another show, this one specific character, I can't understand them because of this special effects sound that's overcast on their voice =/
