Blame Funi for CBR encoding. Yes, they use constant bit rate. It's bloated as fuck.

@Kamiyan93 I finished making (for my self only) x265 10Bit RF 21 Constant Framerate Hachigatsu no Cinderella Nine 1080p from 1,2 GB at 287 MB. I might do and that show as well cause it seems a bit interesting...?
