That's what Netflix says. But mediainfo says 2.0, so I really wouldn't know. Maybe NF is wrong, maybe I'm wrong.

Are the subs neftlix or the commie fansubs? There are two sub tracks so I'm curious whether one are the timed version of Commie subs.

No, they are not Commie subs but Mew will be working on a dual audio release of this using Commie's BD encode and subs.
