This Korean cartoon has an official English dub here (official as in I think the studio commissioned it – could be wrong though).

If you're interested in fansubbing it in English and don't have a Korean-to-English translator on board, it may be easier to just use the English dub as your script. No idea of the quality though. Obviously I'm not interested, but if this sounds like something you want to waste your life on and you'd like a few pointers to get started, feel free to look up a fansubbing guide like unanimated's (or contact me, I suppose).
