it says vol 6 was supposed to be released on 27 March 2019 Vol 5 was released on 27 February 2019 does that mean it takes 1 month for someone to release it on torrent sites?

Just use Cleos subs, extract the subs with gMKVExtractGUI for instance. In MPC F1 and F2 are default for retiming subs but I don't even think you need it, can't remember for the previous volumes.
