Not to be rude, but if you'd read that properly, you'd realize I'm referring to it in regard to quality fansub work. To that end, It's dead and fucking buried because official-subs are rampant and the care for quality's been overtaken by the love of instant access and general convenience.
Understandable, really, but it sucks for it to be the case.
I love high quality subs and hate watching airing but I am the meek minority I guess
