We've decided to release the raws along with the English subtitles. If you want to get the raws sooner, it's posted first on JPTVS private tracker. The translator was also working on the Hibiki film which was in priority queue.
And just so people know - albeit what komugi is saying, the beta version English subtitles of Video Girl Ai SP have been released since January 21, 2019.

I was barely able to google the site but it seems you are required to log in to access it while the registration button is nowhere to be found.

Episode 8 will most likely be delayed in uploading here (along with the English subtitles) because I got my hands trying to finish translating the Code Blue Movie. Just a heads up.
