English prepatched Langrisser I: The Art of the Swords War Includes the patch files and the CD-ROM that was prepatched.

Mount the .CUE Install Run 'langpc.exe' (CD Still needs to be mounted.) Fiddle with your graphics card to get a good image as this is Win 98 era games Enjoy

Alternative: Create a Win 98 Virtual Machine Run VM Mount the .CUE in the VM Install Under the VM Enjoy as you are running on (virtual) native software

Could maybe use some kind of windower for this too.
