I didn't download this, but a few things don't seem quite right. 2.3 GB seems to be a tiny bit too much for a 10bit 720p encode. Also half of the files are 700 MB instead, that is still greater than required, but still 1/3 of the others. Dude, wtf ?

@Yogart It has a lot of grain, which I don't want to remove. It depends on the video. Every video is not equal.
