Because it looks better to my eyes. Maybe better encoding settings, I dunno.
EDIT: Checked the encode settings on the DXD rips. Zero bframes and 1 reference frame. No wonder they look bad...
The framerate on these encodes is wrong, and futhermore this is the spanish video.
It's a spanish streaming site...
