Time to see if this is less garbage than their Boogiepop.
Slightly better editing, most of the same substance, looks like an edit of a base Aniplex script. Interesting.
Punctuation usage in a lot of places is ??? though, and while there's a few more really good lines, there's also some really bad ones that aren't in Aniplex.
Seems like six of one and half a dozen of the other.

Yes, very slightly, but trades it off for some mess-ups with the English instead. A better edit pass, but one that adds mistakes.
