This is a re-encode of HorribleSubs' version of Kemurikusa episode 01. The video was first scaled up 4 times then scaled back to 1080p in an attempt to remedy some of the harsh edges this series has in the animation.

It was also transcoded to mp4 in the process to speed things up (and reduce file size).

Yeah yeah changing container doesn't change stuff but re-encoding did help speed up subsequent ffmpegs :P
