The current selection of encodes for season two isn't great, but since there was newly translated content, releasing quickly was prioritized. VCB are planning to do S2 as well and we'd like to do a release with the same source for the whole series, it just wasn't worth sitting on a finished product when it's so easy to mux the subs onto something else when it comes along.
