On the encoder side, due to TV sources, a lower psy-rd/psy-rdoq parameter is used. The positive part does not consume the bit rate, but the OP does. Although about 460MiB per episode may be slightly large for a TVRip with a length of 15 minutes, yet the OP has high sharpness. So we think it is worth it.
