@OtakuAvengers I see, yes I tried it out on PotPlayer and it worked there.

@J_LEE_C Unless you on Linux or something don't use VLC on PC. I recommend trying either MPC-HC http://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm or PotPlayer http://potplayer.daum.net/ which are the only 2 I use.

I put the .srt into a .ass format at pastebin Open notepad (or some text program) and copy the subs from the pastebin to the text program and then "Save as", name it the same file as the video with the extension being ".ass". Make sure in the text program change it to "All Files" under the "Save as type" tab Example: [OtakuAvengers]Ingress -The Animation S01E02.ass

@OtakuAvengers Probably better to make the .srt to .ass using PotPlayer just in case for those of us who aren't "Pot users". You'll have to play the video with the .srt first.

In the player press, Ctrl + Alt + S and save it as .ass, that's it.

@J_LEE_C and @noZA_ guys i already corrected all my srt subs file and its work in all type of media player and soon i will upload it in a [Ingress the animation EngSub] batch file so thanks for correcting me guys.

The group [Hakiyue] had the first episode out and it was in 720p, and for reasons unknowns their torrent was deleted. I was really looking forward watching episode 2 from them in 720p again. Any resolution below 720p will be bad quality. The Raws have 720p so you cannot claim they don't exist. I'm bilingual, can wait to see if one sub in my mother language shows up at some point, and they're definitively not fool enough to use 480p in their subs.

release next episodes with eng subs retimed to 720p raws instead.

I am trying to fix the subs but there are so many mistakes/errors or just adding text for random grunts/gunshots, its a pet peeve of mine to just translate things that have weight, half of acknowledged replies that are kinda simple grunts don't need to be translated, even chit/shit whatever dose not need it unless it added on with saying more to e it translates to just an annoyed grunt so thus no need to translate it half the time, that aside I suck at translation trying to figure out a few things like if read/reading is the proper best fit translation. uhg I fail.

Already got Hakiyue synced with raws now trying to do 2-3 withr aws and smooth over the grammar,ect as a temp job till something better is released.

I don't use VLC Player, I use Media Player Classic Black Edition, and I can't watch the episode with the sub, they don't even show up. I also tried with Media Player Classic Home Cinema, and got the same result. What is wrong with your sub? You should make it so that everyone's players can play your file, and not force one player on us, that we never use, and never heard of. Do I really want to be stuck with that stupid player on my computer for some time? That means your subs are worthless on the long term, because who would bother to download that player again in 1-2 years when you're in the mood to watch again? I might as well just delete your subs and save me the trouble. The first group subbing Ingress, [Hakiyue], I had no issue watching the episode on my player, which means they were pro, and you're not. It's quite unfortunate they did not continue, because now we're stuck with an amateur, you. If you cannot do it right, then don't. If I cannot use my player to watch it, then I'm boycoting it and I will not download this amateurish work.

Yu Yu Hakusho str's can be packed into an mkv wrong with some older muxers and sometimes even updated ones, animeRG did a Yu Yu Hakusho batch that I have a hard time seeing the subs from. So you need to go ass and only do ass when you so subs....wait...that came out wrong.... LOL I have never failed with ass files and randomly failed with strs when I mux my crap.
