OK, so I knew it's mean wars to encode an anime in 60fps or whatever, but there are some people who like "gaming look" instead of "cinematic look" (like me!). I provide this as an option and I done this using Smooth Video Project Library (SVP) not a crappy optical flow. For someone who complain that it's laggy, use MPC-HC instead of VLC, since VLC sucks at frame rendering time. If you hate 60fps, please go download my 24fps release. Thanks!
