The spectogram definitely looks weird above 24 kHz, which is the limit of 48 kHz bitrate. It's almost like the sound guys recorded this in 48 kHz, then plastered some random sound above that just because we can't hear it anyway. Well, this is one of the reasons why I try to stay away from Hi-Res.
I've noticed this a lot with "hi-res" audio.

@Leonhard_EX I can't do anything about this, I found it on a site that bought it off mora.jp which offers great quality Hi-Res audio
