I had someone check already. Amazon Japan is 24fps, not the proper 30fps.
Sad to hear you won't continue Yami Shibai. Maybe you can now finish Koitabi: True Tours Nanto instead?
Probably not yet, requires too much work. Going to focus on shows closer to completion first.
