Obari Masami (大張正己) is a Japanese anime director, animation director and mecha and character designer.

大張正己 画集 ロボ魂-ROBOT SOUL- is the artbook of robot drawings by Obari Masami. It's a 144-page paperback with dust jacket.

There's this wrap-around strap on the cover that describes him as a "natural-born robot master". It may not be too far from the truth. He has drawn robots for quite a number of anime and comics.
