I believe the point that @indoMEME was trying to make is more closely related to the etiquette of making a recruitment request.

For groups that want to do either scanlations or fansubbung properly, (instead of just ripping off other firm's subs) the translator's position tends to be the most difficult to fill because of two points:

1) there are not many of them available who share interest in the series in question

and 2) It is a high-stress task that can rapidly result in burnout.

These are the main reasons behind 99.9% of groups quitting after just a few episodes.

Ooooooh so that's why you have to pay translators sometimes, naruhudo.

@HiddenArmy, Woops, I usually copy paste title TS from previous episodes, but now I forgot to change it for this one :D. Fixed and patch added to OP.

@JimShew2 I don't plan on starting a full-blown fansub group yet. My goal for now is to create TS for the series I like. The reason I needed translator is I'm releasing Chuunibiyou movie soon and it comes with untranslated specials with 5 minute each. I just need translator for that specials only, I'm most likely not going to do something like this in near future.
