as for the pieces of 16 kb. I can upload it however I want, in the rules it does not mention how many pieces the torrent should create. If your torrent client closes, use another one since there is a lot of existing software.
so pirates sharing the music they stole and even not noticing harm they do. because nobody told them.
it doesn't matter which client i use as 0.1 million of 16KB pieces makes high cpu and disk usage while downloading.
