Was delayed. Encode wasn't done until like 3 days before release which didn't give our Typesetter long enough to work on it.
Just goes to show the few "dub haters" who were whining that LostYears was stalling releases waiting for the dub didn't know what they were talking about, because most weeks all the subtitle work isn't completed until just a few hours before the release is out. =P
In any case, episode 16 is being worked on and will be out when it's done. Unfortunately unless our Typesetter can speed up his process, future episodes may be delayed as well. He does some amazing work though with the typesetting.
What happened to episode 16?
