hazardous It be easier if they do what the US dose up to a point, make it illegal for adult content to be seen by minors so direct sales are limited via that path, broadcast would have some limitations but retail discs or online purchases are untouched by goverment for stuff that has reasonable adult verification or parental control systems. Course looking at Britain,Australasia,Europe,ect goverment is getting more into telling people what they can or can not make or sale so Japan is not alone in the spiraling down the Americanized toilet....
