I would love to help you with the encodes (assuming you have the transport streams), but my third-world internet suck. If you want my """professional""" opinion though, just go with any public raws you find if you haven't found an encoder. People consume currently running anime like how they consume McD's—eat, get full, and shit it out. Save your efforts for the BD versions for archivefags like meself.
