Can someone explain what the difference between episodes 11-13 and 2hr special?

Episodes 11 12 and 13 are the 2 hour special. Episodes 11 and 12 last as long as any other anime episode each, Episode 13 is double length (lasts as long as 2 episodes). Combine the runtime of the 3 episodes, add some ads and you get 2 hours

@bassgs435 - thank you for noting that; I'd been confused because MAL - AniDB - and all the streaming sites have it notated differently so I had been confused.
