Dual-Audio remux of [DDY].

DDY opted to change OP/ED to their Japanese versions by splicing the audio from ep3. Rather than do the same for the dub, we've opted to redo the subs for the OP/ED to match the Engrish version. OP is apparently official lyrics but the ED is what we were able to get out of listening to it and likely wrong. It'll be updated to official lyrics whenever we can get ahold of them for the batch.
