This is political propaganda and though somewhat animated hardly anime. Up to Admins but a rather odd upload. And rather biased and simplistic to say the least. Just an FYI

@AdamEve Propaganda, maybe, though one would argue for a good case, but it certainly is an anime, and one employing multiple various styles of experimental animation, so I'd say it's worth watching even if just for that.
