[MyaaSubs] Pop Team Epic Kinen [WEB 420p MP3].mkv
This is a 2:15 (4:30 including the rerun) short created to promote the Japan Racing Association's Umabi service. The short is available at https://umabi.jp/poputepi-kinen/movie/.
The short is interactive originally, insofar as you can create your own character who will then appear in the audience at given points in the short. This video uses the default character provided.

Oh jeez I wish I had known that before. I'll see about muxing this with the 1080p video from YouTube, might need some timing/TS adjustments.
The horse "Poison Nyocky" should be "Poison Gnocchi" instead. That's how the Italian food is pronounced IRL and also you literally see the horse's name spelled in katakana 9 seconds in. It is the spelling used in Japan for gnocchi. https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ニョッキ
