v2 has just a reduced video bitrate, that doesnt change the visual quality but quite decrease the filesize. also audio aac is now the same as the source ts and not re-encoded to a lower bitrate.

Could you, or someone else reupload all the 6 Heart Princess stuff in x264, please ? My computer is garbage and can't play x265
sorry, im not going to do it. I have an 8 year old pc with a dual core proc, although with a nvidia 1050, I have no issue playing h265, I doubt your setup is worse than that. how about following some tutorial on how to setup correctly mpc-hc to enable hardware acceleration ?
