The game will save in the same folder as Chapter 1, cos it's using the Chapter 1 crack. If you have saved games from Chapter 1 you'll see them in the load/save menu when trying to save or load game. Be careful not to overwrite them. The main menu background is also from Chapter 1.

^ Extremely late reply but for progress on chapters 3-5, see http://www.mangagamer.org/minori/ So it'll be a while again like chapter 1 and 2 were if it even reaches it that is.
I think both MangaGamer and minori should team up and just do a kickstarter and get the rest out of the way and get to other minori games. I doubt they'd rip-off and deceive their backers unlike Sekai Project.
