Technically they did, still gonna remove the group tag.
It's generally agreed upon that as long as all episodes in a batch are of said group, keeping the group tag and adding a (Unofficial Batch) to the title is okay.
@CheekyKoala Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that only apply if the files are untouched? The uploader added various softsubs and altered the original files

The subs need re-time they are un synced -1000 miliseconds after the OP and this is for ep 02 up to ep 13.
