I don't recall anything relating to hardcore porn in this anime. It's in the right place, as far as I'm concerned. You see naked girls bathing in tons of anime, nothing new here other than naked girls walking around covered in blood. No sex, nothing even remotely like sex, even with the "tentacles" theme goin on in here, which was a new one in my book too.
