bro. the only way I know how to make a 24fps anime scene into 60fps is using twixtor. There are lots of amvs on youtube that says they are 60fps but apparently they're not any different from a 24fps anime, they don't have more animation per second, only the video effects are 60fps, the anime clips still look the same as original 24fps anime unless the editors use twixtor on them.That's why I'm thinking you may mistake something. Seriously, I'm just really curious and want to know how someone can make this possible.
