I'm so happy that someone is working on this OVA! I love the anime, and have been waiting for it's return.
This is a really bad version - subs are hardcoded! Somehow not a single mention of this anywhere?? If subs are custom, why hardcode them??? English subs are in a tiny font practically on the edge of the screen, example: https://i.imgur.com/MpcBgpa.jpg
