The subs are just the PGS (Picture-Based) subs from the Blu-Ray. I ran it through OCR with SubtItleEdit and did all of the styling/effects/programming/animation etc in Aegisub myself. I tried to emulate the style of CoalGirls. I did a little extra translating, and fixed some dialogue to better match the spirit of the stories, but not too much. I'm still a learner when it comes to Japanese!
Are these your own subs, or did you use/modify some else's?
