Is it that muzukashii to look up the internet to find the meaning of otaku/tsundere etc.? This is 2018 and no one uses dial-up internet connection these days. At least not those who have access to anime online.

You guys should stop wasting time on this. There was a documentary / anime about what it means to be Otaku. I think it's called Otaku no Video (Sorry).
In there the broad definition of Otaku is that it's someone who enjoys something immensely. It has no relation with japanese anime or something like that.
Of course - since most of us are here because of anime and the anime community it's normal they use the term otaku on anime lovers BUT it's much more than that.
