I just leave a FYI here, re-encoding something to 12bit from a x264 8bit source is not worth it, you're widening the specter of color to 12bit range while your source already limited it to 8bit range. In fact, using 12bit is only justifiable if you're encoding from a raw studio source where it was produced in 12bit range (which I'm pretty sure animes aren't) or, end-user accessible, HDR bluray.

Anime - English-translated If you mean about the audio, it's safe to assume that it's Japanese. Otherwise it would be mentioned in the torrent's name or description.
