while Ohys has a 576p version? did they upscale?

why did you make a flac audio
On some devices AC3 is not played. However, for those who seem to think that the flac weighs too much, I deliberately laid it out separately.

why is your version 480p while Ohys has a 576p version? did they upscale? and why did you make a flac audio, is there some benefit?
