I've been using Photoshop since I noticed the slight blur (although the reduction in size is still great) from when I did AOT IIRC, but Caesium is still pretty good and very straightforward. Photoshop yields better results, but takes multiple times longer than Caesium, but it never even took long at all, so PS is the better choice overall. Just create a script/action and fire away.
For Caesium, you might just want to reduce by percentage and export to the folder it came from. That's the simplest way.

I downloaded Caesium today and I was wondering, what settings do you go about using so you can properly repack everything? What process do you usually go by? I tried it now and it went horribly wrong, files were out of order when I unzipped things to view them and the size was incorrect and everything. Any tips?
