I made a beta subtitle (synchronized and tested. Just new scene translations needed but it would be no problem. There is 4 or 5 new dialogues.

@SomaHeir I have done that, but it's missing like 20-25 lines of dialogue that needs a TL.

There's subs. Took the ones from Puffy and reworked a few lines to sound more natural. Also translated the new lines. The only one I'm not sure about is "You're the best"... I'm not too good at picking up Japanese that's spoken very quickly. I also re-encoded in VP9 10bit, but I'm not sure yet if I can seed properly. I'm behind 2 firewalls. Gonna test it elsewhere before I try to up it here.
