Probably because the uploader isn't from Chihiro sub group or the fact that they don't use this site anymore for their torrents.

Dunno if you visit nyaa anymore, but will you guys do OVAS? There are two, you guys did both seasons, but dismissed them, so it would be nice to see them done. Love your work :)
