Thank god all I was seeing was dual audio, I don't hate dual audio but switching from English to Japanese every episode is a hassle

Thanks for the upload!

Another thing you can do, if you're using VLC, is set the default stream to Japanese and default subtitle track to English. In settings, it defaults to -1 for all of them where 0 is disabled, 1 is English and 2 is Japanese.
