BTW, don't worry about size. You can include FLAC tracks in conjunction with AC3 in future releases. I won't mind additional GB or two...
Where’s the official subs from the BD?
man there's a frequency cutoff at 20,000Hz in the English audio. Can you do a patch to fix it? I believe you should add -cutoff 24000 when encoding the audio to AC3

I'll have to look into encoding DBZ in general since it's a large series and franchise altogether.
Death Parade (and other shows) will be uploaded something this month (April 2018). I'm busy atm with real life stuff and current events.
