Welcome to a release that is ready before the USBD was even supposed to be out \o/. Due to the fact that there were no decent 720p encodes, I have encoded the 720p myself from the JPBD. Many thanks to the 2 individuals who assisted me with this from Kametsu. As for subtitles, well, TL;DR version is FFF as the base but heavily modified. Added my own OP and ED KFX (hopefully not a repeat of Jormungand S2), dialogue lines that come from FFF's TV script as they do not have a BD batch yet - these have been re-timed and shifted/repositioned and post time-processed for the BD version with hopefully none-to-only-a-few scene bleeds. Side note on the other releases that say "FFF subs timed", not true... trust me. As for signs, lots of prep to get them workable and displayable. I did a few tweaks here and there for consistency sakes, otherwise all the base hard work and thanks goes to FFF.
